Delta has a longstanding commitment to raise awareness and encourage action to stem the tide of human trafficking. Towards this end, Brangenix Marketing was tapped to create an integrated marketing program and key messaging for posters that rolled out across Delta terminals.
The result was the campaign theme, “They Hide in Plain Sight“. Monochromatic illustrations were designed to place in airport common areas, with direct messaging introduced to provide practical steps travelers can take.
The program included creating “Sight Teams” for both internal and external action groups to make a difference in their communities, as well as making onboard videos to raise awareness.
A Tie-in promotion linked the campaign to Delta SkyWish where customers can donate their miles to human trafficking organizations.
Posters and Counter Cards to be translated and placed in strategic airport locations.
Supplementary advertising included positive messaging that highlights victims on their road to recovery.
